We aim to ship goods within one to two business days via a signature required service. If the item is out of stock or no longer available, we will advise you via email. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers/which are out of our control.
Our courier provider is Toll NZ. Once your purchase has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You should expect to receive your order within 1-3 days from date of dispatch.
Please contact us if you believe that the product you have received is faulty. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. No claims shall be considered unless made within 14 days from the date of purchase. The Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply if the products purchased are for business purposes. In no event shall Reynard Health Supplies liability exceed the purchase price of the goods that are the subject matter of any claim. If we are unable to replace or repair the faulty item, we will issue you with a refund. Goods damaged on arrival must be reported to Reynard Health Supplies immediately. No goods will be accepted for return or credit unless prior approval has been received from your Reynard Health Supplies Customer Service Representative.

A request to return goods incorrectly supplied must be made within 7 days of purchase. Should we send you the wrong product; a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return. Reynard Health Supplies will cover all courier costs.

Goods must be returned in original condition, unopened, complete with undamaged retail packaging. Products cannot be returned if opened.
