As you can appreciate, we like other essential services have been inundated with orders and phone calls. Our Team is working tirelessly to do the best they can in these difficult circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Where possible we would ask that you place your order online via email or our website rather than call.
PRODUCTS AFFECTED BY COVID-19
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are experiencing a large increase in demand for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Surface cleaning and Sanitising products.
Products affected include;
· Hand Sanitisers
· Surface disinfectant wipes
· Skin Wipes
These shortages have unfortunately led us to place some restrictions in place on supply – due to the shortage globally. Some products now on our website are now showing as a “Out of Stock”. We regret to advise that we will be unable to supply these restricted Out of Stock products if in stock to cash/non-account customers until further notice.
Currently, our focus is to ensure that our Hospitals are prioritised so that our frontline services are best equipped to deal with COVID-19. We understand that some of our customers have a history of purchasing products, and we will be working closely with you on this occurrence.
Our customer service team is receiving an unprecedently large amount of calls and emails, so we do apologise if this has caused a delay in us getting back to you in regards to products and orders. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this – there may be slight delivery delays from the logistics and supply process that has changed over the past weeks to deal with this.
